Your body will go though the most rapid and diverse changes during pregnancy, birth and the post natal period. There is no other naturally occuring physical event that demands so much of the body as does pregnancy and childbirth. Luckily, your body is well equiped to deal with these changes and in general does a fantastic job at growing, housing, birthing and feeding new life. How remarkable. 

Shiatsu is great at helping you to relax into this process and to connect with your baby throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond. Shiatsu can successfully treat many symptoms that commonly arise during this time and help you to make the most of this journey.
